Return and Exchange Policy
- If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for the same item code or a different product. The Panels must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returned panels should be packed properly to ensure the quality and condition during shipment.
- The delivery fee of returned panels must be shouldered by the customer.
- We will do a quality check on the returned panels, once cleared, you can arrange the pick-up of the exchanged panels.
Exemptions for our Return and Exchange Policy
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
